The course was enjoyable and informative. I came away learning a part of another culture. The classroom interactions and comfortable environment changed cooking for me from a chore to a whole lot more. I would recommend this to anyone interested in trying something new.

I had the privilege of tasting Akhaya’s African food. The westernised twist to these dishes make them even extra special and extends invitation to the wider world to come sample what the great continent has to offer.
